Today @ Tybee Island Inn

Today was a good day for frittata!

I revamped Giada D's asparagus & tomato frittata, added scones, cherry compote and sausage, and there was breakfast. Score one for the kid (^_^)

My learning point is to think about plating design earlier but it was delicious (so I was told, yay).

I also made a white cake, created a blueberry sauce, which was so nice I wanted to drink it (i'm serious on that one, it was good), dusted a little powdered sugar and garnished with strawberry.

I'm stepping game up daily, so here's to having fun at work!
