Banana Nut Bread

Today i made banana nut bread from our over ripe bananas.

I used a recipe I have using for a while, but i added banana liquor to the recipe (dont worry, it will bake off).

While baking, i made a simple syrup, substituting brown sugar for regular sugar. Added cinnamon after it was cooling, added a touch more banana liquor.

After the bread cooled, i brushed syrup over the bread like a glaze.

The results: banana nut bread deliciousness!!!
