Whole Wheat Sourdough

Hello sourdough!

I told you I was trying this baby at home, and I did!

The beauty of bread making is totally different from Cakes, just patience! Loved this experience.

So I made the levain yesterday, made the dough today and baked up a monster, (°_°)

Feeling good about it, can't wait to cut into it and taste it.  Have a great Thursday!
